Team workout?

Hey team. I was thinking it'd be fun to try to schedule a workout in which all of us could attend! It seems like a while since I've seen everyone [probably more my fault].

What works for everyone? Kettlebell on Friday at 5:30 is on my schedule for tomorrow.

  1. Hey Beth, I suspect I will not make it tonight, but I'm going to wait and see. My concern is overworking my knee.

  3. How about Tuesday 6:30 Jump Start? It is a fun, fast workout and not too strenuous.

  4. I'm with Sharon, if everyone else is coming in for it. I'll join too. I usually do O-Lifting at 4:30. But I could do 6:30 instead...or in addition. :)
