Quad-fecta

I covered four requirements in an hour! I went to kettlebell at noon. I communicated with Bud and some "enemies", exercised and Jenn made me laugh!

  1. Great job, Sharon. I'm now sorry to've missed KB at noon. My hip/lower back is a bit tight today due to O-Lifting yesterday. But I did get a PR of 80 lbs for the Snatch! So I'm opting for a less intense workout with a jog this evening.

    For a "day off", I did 20 minutes of Pilates right before bed on Monday in order to meet the exercise requirement.
