Habit Questions?

Game On!
I was looking over the excel sheet and I'm confused over the "new habit," "old habit," and "change your habit." How is the "change your habit" different? Is it like bonus points for successfully completing the new good habit and dropping an old bad one?
Yes, these are all questions.
ps. Bud, this blog is a great idea.

  1. I think change your habit is a penalty for somehow engaging in your old habit. Doing the new habit and not doing the old habit earn you points.

  2. So if you do the old habit, you lose points and also get the penalty points? Is there a scenario where you could get points for the new habit, the old habit as well as the penalty points?

Is there further clarification in the handouts or the book? I'm getting the "Game On Diet" book from the library but it hasn't come in yet.

  3. Actually, I would address the question directly to Melissa.

  4. I found the answer here:

You lose 50 points for changing your habit.

  5. Ah! This makes more sense, so I've got to stick with the habits I picked for the entire Game On time.

    Thanks for clarification!
