Yum

I tried this, as I needed some variety in my diet.  I found it to be delicious.

1/2 C Fat Free Ricotta
1/2 C Fresh Berries (I used Strawberries and Blueberries)
Dash of Vanilla
1 tsp.Honey or Agave Nectar
1 Tbs. Crushed Cashews or other nut of your choice
